Tehama County River Park is located approximately 10 miles east of Interstate 5 on South Avenue in Corning.  The park is approximately 14 acres and is situated along the eastern bank of the Sacramento River at Woodson Bridge.  The park has river access via a public BOAT RAMP with ample daily vehicle and boat trailer parking.  There is no overnight parking or camping allowed within the park.

The park is divided by South Avenue.  There are driveways that access both sides of the park as well as a pedestrian tunnel under South Avenue to allow foot access between the two sides.

NORTH SIDE- 3 picnic areas can be reserved:   GAME CORNER is ADA compliant with 15 picnic tables, a food prep table and 2 group BBQ grills:   NORTH SQUARE has 18 picnic tables, a food prep table and 2 group BBQ grills;  RAINBOW has 13 picnic tables and 1 group BBQ grill.  Two HORSESHOE PITS are also available, however please bring your own equipment.  This area includes a new ADA compliant restroom facility and ADA parking.  (The restrooms on this side of the park are open only when a picnic table has been reserved.)

SOUTH SIDE- 4 picnic areas can be reserved:  CHARLIE SQUARE has 8 picnic tables, a food prep table and 2 small BBQ grills;  MID VIEW has 6 picnic tables, a food prep table and 2 small BBQ grills;  RIVER VIEW is ADA accessible, has 16 picnic tables, a food prep table and 2 group and 1 small BBQ grill.  SOUTH SQUARE is ADA accessible, is the largest picnic area in the park and can accommodate over 200 people with 25 picnic tables, 2 food prep tables, 2 large and 1 small BBQ grills.  South Square is located next to the PLAYGROUND area and near the HORSESHOE PITS.  This side also has ADA compliant restrooms and parking.

Reservations require a cleaning/damage deposit and reservation fee.  Power and a BBQ Wagon are available at all the picnic areas for additional fees.  (Click below for more information.)

Simpson-Finnell Park is located in the community of Paskenta which is approximately 35 miles southwest of Red Bluff and approximately 20 miles west of Corning.

Park amenities include picnic areas, one is ADA accessible, basketball/tennis courtball field, playground area and restroom facilities.

Ridgeway Park is located approximately 5 miles west of Red Bluff off Live Oak Road.  The park sits on 22 acres adjacent to the radar base.  There is no overnight parking or camping allowed within the park except by special permission.  The park is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
 
The park has numerous outdoor picnic tables and BBQ's available to the public on a first come first serve basis.  The park has a PLAYGROUND as well as a maintained HORSE ARENA.  The arena is available to the public for a small hourly fee.
The newly remodeled ADA compliant RECREATION HALL is available for rental.  The recreation hall has a full KITCHEN with stove, refrigerator, sink and food preparation area, a DINING ROOM, large LOBBY and GYMNASIUM.  Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.  There are also two small meeting rooms that are available for rental.  Click on the Fee Schedule below for rental options and rates.
 
Use of alcohol is not permitted in the recreation hall for any event.  Please refer to the Rental Agreement below.

Mill Creek Park is located approximately 1.5 miles west of Hwy 99E in Los Molinos, approximately 16 miles south of Red Bluff and approximately 10 miles east of Corning.  The park sits on 33 acres and is situated along the eastern bank of the Sacramento River with mature trees to provide ample shade.  The park has river access via a public Boat Ramp with daily vehicle and boat trailer parking. There is no overnight parking or camping allowed within the park.

The park has 4 picnic areas which can be reserved. On the east side of the park the East Circle is ADA compliant and has 6 picnic tables, 1 group BBQ grill and 2 individual BBQ grills and is located near the softball fields with easy access to the new restroom facility and Playground area. There are also 3 Horseshoe Pits on this side of the park, however, you will need to bring your own equipment.

The west side of the park has the BBQ Area and with the large block BBQ grill can accommodate larger groups. The West Picnic area has 5 picnic tables and a group BBQ grill and is situated adjacent to the Play Court area. The west side area also has an ADA compliant restroom facility, ADA parking and is located near the boat ramp.

There are picnic tables and small BBQ grills placed throughout the park and these areas do not require reservations and are available on a first come first serve basis.

All Reservations require a fee and cleaning/damage deposit. Power is available at all of the reserved picnic areas for an additional fee.

Gerber Park is located within the community of Gerber a few blocks east of Hwy 99W and San Benito Avenue. Gerber Park has had an extensive renovation with the construction of an ADA compliant restroom facility and parking. Picnic areas have been added that have tables and BBQ's available. The East Side Circle has 5 picnic tables and two small BBQ grills. The West Side Circle has 4 picnic tables and one large group BBQ grill. There are also several individual picnic areas with BBQ grills. All picnic areas in Gerber Park are ADA accessible and available to the public on a first come first serve basis.

A regulation Basketball Court has also been added to the park as well as a volley ball area. The Multi-purpose Field is equipped with soccer goals and a baseball field with bleacher seating.

The Playground is situated on the east side of the park and is near the parking area, picnic areas and restrooms.
